# Fees

Fracton captures protocol fees from transactions and redemptions, where the proceeds flow into the Fracton DAO's treasury for future use cases.

### Transaction Fee

Fracton will charge a 0.2% fee, charged in form of hiNFTs, for each $hiNFTs' on-chain transaction.

### Redemption Fee

Users pay a 0.3% redemption fee, charged in form of hiNFTs, in the redemption process.
